My wife and I found our dream home plans on line and interviewed several builders to help us with our custom home build. We signed a contract to build our home with McGowan Built Properties. To our surprise, the very next day our home site was being prepped for foundation work. We anticipated a 9-12 month build process. John McGowan said it would likely take 9 months. We went through a few bumps in the road during the build process, as is always expected with a new build. Six months later our home was virtually completed.
